About Michele
Michele was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, inheriting a legacy of appreciation for science and the power of birth. She began her journey in perinatal work by attending hospital births while job shadowing with a family practice physician in Alaska in the late 90’s.
Amid continuing her education and life experiences, Michele developed a passion for providing equitable, holistic care and offering support for all pregnancy outcomes, infertility, and birthing options. She trained with community-based midwives in the South Puget Sound, valuing client autonomy and diversity. She has experience offering individualized care in home, clinic, and telehealth settings for hundreds of clients as a Licensed Midwife and as an educational preceptor for midwifery students.
Michele is often described by her clients as empathetic, resourceful, informative, and encouraging. She treasures the opportunities to affirm all families in their decision-making and support their instinctive path through pregnancy.
