About Nicole

My passion for women's health began in nursing school during my labor and delivery rotation. Shortly after graduation, I had my first child, and the care I received from my midwife deeply inspired me. That experience confirmed what I already felt—I was meant to become a midwife. I couldn’t imagine a more fulfilling career than supporting people through one of the most transformative and powerful times in their lives.

To me, quality care is compassionate, evidence-based, and centered on the unique needs and values of each person. I believe in building trusting relationships, empowering patients through education and informed choices, and creating a safe, respectful space throughout every stage of their reproductive journey.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington, in 2004, and my Master of Science from the University of Colorado Denver in 2015. I’m licensed in Washington State as a Registered Nurse (RN) and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP)/Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM). I'm also a member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM) and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), where I serve as the patient education representative for the Advanced Practice Professional Provider Group (AP3G).

Over the past 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for patients across the full spectrum of reproductive health—from family planning and fertility care, to labor, birth, postpartum, and through the peri- and post-menopausal years. My goal is for every patient to leave their visit feeling informed, empowered, and truly heard. I’ve often been described as genuine and caring, and I strive to make each person feel comfortable and respected in every encounter.
