6. De-Identified Data

We may create and use de-identified information, in which information is removed from your Personal Data so that you cannot be identified (“De-identified Data”), without restriction.

7. Your Rights Regarding Deletion of Your Information

In some cases, we are unable to delete or deactivate your account as we are required to maintain a record of medical care provided, or other legal reasons. After we delete Personal Data, we may retain De-identified data and will continue to use De-identified Data as permitted under this Privacy Policy

9. Location-Enabled Features

Certain location-enabled features may be made available in our Application to ensure you are connected to a clinical provider who is authorized and licensed to provide services to you in your location. These services are provided by Google, Apple, and other third party providers. When accessing these functionalities, you are agreeing to additional Terms of Service and Privacy Policies, such as Google Maps’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy or Apple Maps’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

10. Email Marketing

Every marketing email from Quilted Health will include an “unsubscribe” link. You can remove yourself from an email notification by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in the footer of each email. The unsubscribe function at the bottom of a specific email is designed to only remove you from that particular email list, not all Quilted Health communications. Please allow 48 hours to be removed from a list.

We may change this Privacy Policy at any time and will post the revised policy on this page with the last revised date at the top. If the changes are significant we will notify you.
